A smooth departure out of Montreal this morning. The A220 (Bombardier) was nice to fly on, again - we barely felt the turbulence over Toronto. Looking forward to being home for a week!

This was the view from our approach into Vancouver (from Terrace) this morning. To the right is Brem Bay, in Toba Inlet, leading to Desolation Sound. ..Maybe we should get a sailboat?! ⛵️

🔙📸 to when I was in Vancouver for longer than expected. It was really cold and I needed to get back to the hotel to travel early the next morning. Part of me still misses the city (un petit peu). I tried some long exposes, without a tripod, with mixed results 👋📷😀

Another great media launch with in Kanata, Ontario. This time it was for the Sonata N Line! What an amazing sedan. This car really moves - and it played well with camera. 📷

We are grateful to be able to get outside and have little adventures in the nearby forests and beaches 🌲🌊😀
I thought it would be interesting to use a slow shutter with the iPhone’s camera. I have to experiment more with letting the image become less sharp and let a little blurriness back in!
I think, on the next commercial shoot, I’ll try to loosen up and let some motion into the frame.

Headed home on - just in time to get to Mount Washington for some Nordic skiing in the morning ⛴ 💨

While we were out for a walk yesterday my daughter set up two of her stuffed animals around the forest. We made lots of pictures of these little beanies perched-on, and hiding in different places; these are her favourite four!

We were lucky to have such great light for our photo shoot in New Orleans. The Canadian Media Launch of the 2020 Hyundai Sonata was fantastic! Starting in Montgomery, Alabama - where the Sonata’s are built, ending up in New Orleans, Louisiana - these cars were a pleasure to drive and photograph.
