Colm & Black is a newly established company. We are excited to introduce our brand new 4 bedroom rental properties in Glace Bay.
Be the first tenants in one of our new homes. Each of our homes are fully furnished and move-in ready. Please read the description below, you’ll find all of the information you need.

Lease terms:
· Month by month bases (Min. 60 days required for lease cancellation).
· First month rent and a security deposit (50% rent) due upon signing.
· Credit checks will be performed.
· Proof of tenant insurance is mandatory prior to moving in. If you require a referral, we can provide one to you.
· No pets permitted.
Bedrooms – Included brand new bed, desk,chair, night table, pillow, bedding, comforter, smoke detector.
Living room- Roku Smart TV, sofa, coffee table, smoke detector, fire extinguisher.
Kitchen - Fridge, stove, microwave, dishwater(Victoria St location), pots,pans, dishes, cutlery, knives, drinking glasses, cooking utensils, cutting board, dish rack, garbage can and smoke detector.
Bathroom - Toilet, shower/tub and vanity or Toilet, shower and vanity, small garbage bin.
Included - Housekeeping to clean the Common area 1x a month (living-room, kitchen). Snow removal, lawn care during the summer months.
