These Gluten-free Currant Scones are my new favourite treat for the guests! They are light, crispy outside and soft inside… absolutely delicious! I never thought that gluten-free scones would be so good! These beauties are just out of the oven! The kitchen smells amazing’

My gluten-free scones are just out of the oven! I am currently hosting a GF guest so I made these scones. I usually don’t do much of gluten free baking so wish me luck that these scones taste as good as they look! They smell really good!

Today’s Sunday breakfast for our guests:

First course: Breakfast Martini (I didn’t take a photo! Organic Natural Yogurt with homemade granola, organic cherries and strawberries 🍓 (from the garden!)).

Main Course: Organic Poached Eggs (from our own hens) on feta & Pesto toast ( sourdough Seeded bread) with mushrooms.

If any of my local friends would like a muffin this morning, I’ll still have a few left after breakfast- just drop by for coffee! 😊

I had to retire our old Adirondack chairs and replace them with new ones for the guests’ patio. I really liked the old chairs and found a way to repurpose them as plant stands!
