Our goal is to ensure that we are in a position to offer every child referred to CCS Day Camp program the opportunity to attend summer camp. This program is designed to encompass the whole camping experience for deserving children by covering all camp fees, assisting with transportation to and from camp, and providing basic necessities for children who may need them. We strive to never turn a child away and for the majority of the year this program has been successful at reaching this goal. The cost to send a child to summer camp this year is only 50$/week. With the generous help of our community and partners we aim to continue providing this summer experience to all children referred.

CCS Verdun Day Camp will be running this Summer for 8 weeks from June 26th to August 18th. We are located at Park Duquette in Verdun and will be there Monday to Friday from 9am until 4pm. The cost is only $50/week or $12.50/day. Campers will enjoy many outdoor activities including sports, arts and crafts, 2 playgrounds, a water splash pad and much more!

CCS has once again paired up with the Loisirs Laurendeau-Dunton in LaSalle for our third annual Back to School Giveaway, and we only have 20 school bags with supplies left to give away! If you or anyone you know is in need, we will be distributing the remaining bags to a first come, first served basis outside of CCS' office tomorrow. We will be outside 451 de l'Eglise in Verdun from 12-3pm! 😁
