This is a 20' Wind & Watertight recently delivered to Woodslee, Ont. The container was placed on foundation pads that are specifically built to withstand heavy weight, unlike regular concrete pads that will break!

Some benefits of placing the container on foundation pads include, avoiding a build up of moisture underneath the container by keeping it elevated along with preventing the container from sinking into the ground.
