Have you ever heard of your Reticular Activator System? A long phrase for a small part of your brain. It's the part of your brain that filters the billions of messages that bombard it every day. It allows you to notice things you are interested in. Like when you buy a new car. All of a sudden you notice everyone is driving your car! I think that's been happening to me with thoughts on Gratitude and thankfulness. Maybe because it is thanksgiving. Regardless of the why, I know I must be more grateful.
