Is it time to start thinking about trailer life? We think so! Presenting a beautiful, well-kept 2021 Jayco JayFlight 38 FDDS in excellent condition!Bought brand new in Sept 2021. Has been used for 3 summers. No leaks or water damage ever. Heating and A/C work great. It can sleep 5 adults or a family of 7. It is equipped with a tall, stand up shower with skylight, an outdoor shower, and a full size fridge and freezer (not your average small trailer fridge).
There is a queen sized bed with an upgraded mattress in the back primary bedroom. There is a comfortable, leather, 5 seater fold out couch, a leather fold-out love seat, and a U shaped dining table that can turn into a bed.
The trailer has been fully sealed against mice.
It's also fully stocked with all your needs: dishes, pots, cups, mugs, cutlery etc. There is tons of storage. It also comes with a TV and dvd player.

There is a 16x16 deck available with the trailer that was constructed in August 2023, along with a gazebo and outdoor furniture, purchased new.
A storage shed is also available.
$45,000 takes it all, or $43,000 for the trailer alone.

Hey Everyone! We are counting down to another camping season. We officially open on June 21st.

However, there is still work to be done. We are having another workday this Saturday, June 15th. We will begin at 9:30am and go through the day. We have rented a wood chipper and there will be a wood splitter there to clean up the trees that were felled. There are also some other little jobs to get done and those will be posted at the Gatehouse.

If you know of anyone who could help for a few hours on Saturday please forward this on to them.

Another season of camping is around the corner! Big Cedar lake is the perfect lake for canoeing.
REMINDER: Saturday, June 8 is our next workday! 10am-1pm
We have lots of sites to clean up and things to set up. If you can make it please bring drinking water, bag lunch, bug spray and appropriate work clothes for outdoors. Chainsaws will also be needed to help with fallen trees.

Burbalac 2024 camping season will be Friday June 21 - Monday September 2nd.
