We are changing a few things up at our Hideaway next Summer! Our “weekly” stays have always been 6 nights at this property and we are happy to say they will now be 7 nights!

Check-ins will be Fridays at 430pm and checkout the following Friday at 10am

We have also added laundry facilities for our guests to use if they wish while there!

This weekend (Saturday and Sunday) the lake has a Kayak Bass Fishing tournament and there is expected to be 85+ Kayaks out fishing. We have already seen some out fishing near the shoals In Fosters/Loon Bay.
Please keep extra eyes open and give them room. Good luck to all the participants! 🎣

Let us introduce you to David Dean Guiding & Touring Services

Dave Dean is a resident of Charleston Lake and has spent 50 plus years of fishing in Eastern Ontario including Lake Ontario and the St. Lawrence River. He has a number of trophy fish which have been “catch and release” including a 34 lb. chinook salmon (Whitby, Lake Ontario) and 28 lb. muskie (Belleville, Clare River), 6.2 lb. Smallmouth (Charleston Lake), 24 lb. lake trout and 20 lb. walleye (Bath, Lake Ontario). His clients have also enjoyed a number of record fish as well.

He has a 16 ft. Lund Bass boat, fully outfitted including electric downriggers. Perfect size for 2 clients fishing or 3 for touring.
