MARINER'S LOOKOUT
is a one bedroom, fully furnished second floor unit situated on a flourishing landscaped property overlooking Vancouver Island's Beaufort Range and Comox Bay. The window frames a breathtaking view of the mountains, the harbour, HMCS Quadra, the Goose Spit, and an everchanging garden landscape. Weekly: $900 -

$1050 per week, double occupation. Short term monthly $2300 - $2950
Additional guests $45 each per visit. We offer internet and television with cable. Laundry facilities are available to guests staying 1 week or more. This is a smoke-free environment, smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the property. We are unable to lodge pets. Check-in is generally 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. There is a cleaning fee of $45 per stay. All fees (except stays of 27 days or more) are subject to an 8% Provincial Sales Tax
Credit card (2.9% third party fee), cash or etransfer gratefully accepted. Bookings are held with credit card information. We can welcome you in French or English. Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to process the full balance of this booking up to one month prior to arrival or when we have declined a request from another guest for your reserved dates. We got our Temporary Use Permit (3 years) for Short Term Rental today! Totally legit and conforming to the CVRD Comox bylaw and BC Provincial Government short term regulations. Whew!

Our Story

MARINER'S LOOKOUT is a one bedroom, fully furnished second floor unit situated on a flourishing landscaped property overlooking Vancouver Island's Beaufort Range and Comox Bay. Our compact, well equipped kitchen is open to the living room. The window frames a breathtaking view of the mountains, the harbour, HMCS Quadra, the Goose Spit, and an ever changing garden landscape. Prices range from $120 - $135 per night, double occupation, plus cleaning fee of $45. Weekly: $750 - $900 per week, double occupation, plus $45 cleaning fee. Additional guests $35 each per visit.

We have a 2 day minimum stay requirement. We offer wifi, television with cable, DVD, and radio. This is a smoke-free environment, smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the property.

We are unable to lodge pets. Additional accommodation can be arranged. Check-in is generally 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. There is a cleaning fee of $45 per stay.

An 8% Provincial Sales Tax applies to all fees. We can welcome you in French or English. Visa or cash gratefully accepted.
