Just because we can’t see the sun doesn’t mean we stop looking for the light. ✨
After certain situations sometimes you just don’t feel the same way about people….give yourself what you need in these moments to gain perspective in where you lost yourself during the storm.
Don’t let anyone question your why in life. Don’t make excuses for others poor behaviour. Be honest with yourself and your worth and good things will flow to you while the struggles flow through you.
#21 The Law of Legacy=Empowerment
Find stillness in the crashing tides to anchor your soul through the storms of life. Don’t listen to the voices not a single one gets a vote but yours. Sit on the rock by the water and allow the earth space to remind you who you are deep within.
.
If it doesn’t affect you deeply it is inconsequential just let it be. If it does stand up and fight and don’t let the mind rule your heart. Honour your own true North. You’ll find it inside yourself.
Sometimes we are reminded of the new beginning that has arrived long before our consciousness clues in.

Sometimes all we need is a sunrise to bare witness to how blessed we are 🫶🏼
There aren’t many choices that don’t involve some sort of loss in life. But if we focus on the growth we are able to see the light and trust that if it’s meant to be as it is unfolding.
If you haven’t met Courtney and Nick @theridgecampgrounddigby you have to join us on the weekend of June 21st. So much happening at this family owned campsite. Most events are open to the public or you can book your stay and take in all the local amenities.
.
Hope to see you next weekend!
Letting go is a wildly misunderstood part of the wellness movement. I’m here to clarify letting go hurts deeply. Being guided by unconditional love helps to move through it in a way that helps us feel whole once again.
