Effective June 1, 2024, Bay River Inn & Suites guest room rates will be increasing at the following description:

HAR-Q (Handi-cap Accessible Room, 1 queen bed) - $160.00
SRR-DD (Standard Regular Room, 2 double beds) - $160.00
SSR-Q/SB (Standard Suite Room, 1 queen bed, 1 sofa bed) - $210.00

Reservations booked now for after June 1 will have the new rates.
