Trailer Rental 🚐🔥
✅ Spacious 2-Bedroom Bunkhouse (Max: 4 adults & 2 kids, Max 6 guests)
✅ Pet-Friendly! (Max 2 small dogs - $50 per pet + HST) 🐶
✅ Rates: $175 per night + HST & 3.5% admin fee
✅ Sanitizing Fee: $50 per stay + HST & 3.5% admin fee 🧼
✅ Refundable Cleaning/Damage Deposit: $100 (if left clean)
✅ Bring Your Own Bedding & Linens (1 Queen Bed, 3 Double Beds, 2 Single Beds) 🛏️
✅ Minimum Stay:
• Spring & Fall: 2-night minimum (3-night min. on long weekends)
• Summer: 7-night minimum (Saturday-Saturday, unless not fully booked, then shorter stays available)

Transient Campsites 🌿
✅ Full-Service Site (50 AMP, Water, and Sewer) - $80 per night + HST & 3.5% admin fee
• One-week minimum stay (Saturday-Saturday) during peak summer (unless not fully booked, then shorter stays available)

✅ Tent Site (Rustic, No Services) - $45 per night + HST & 3.5% admin fee

✅ Tent Trailer Site (15 AMP and Water, No Sewer) - $55 per night + HST & 3.5% admin fee

🌳 Seasonal Campsites
✅ Rate: $3,425 + HST & $200 hydro deposit

💰 Additional Charges

✅ Extra Camping Adult/Guest (18+): $15 per person, per night

✅ Firewood: Must be purchased on-site. No outside firewood allowed. 🔥

📅 Reservation Policies

🗓️ Summer Season (End of June - Beginning of September)

✔️ All campsites & trailer rentals require a one-week minimum stay (Saturday-Saturday), unless not fully booked, then shorter stays are available.

🗓️ Long Weekends (May - End of June & Beginning of September - Mid-October)
✔️ Three-night minimum stay required for all reservations.

🚨 Cancellation Policy

❌ 2+ Weeks Before Arrival: One night’s stay + HST is non-refundable.

❌ 1–2 Weeks Before Arrival: 50% of the reservation cost is non-refundable.

❌ Less Than 1 Week Before Arrival: No refunds.

❌ Admin Fees Are Non-Refundable.

Located just 0.7 km from the stunning shores of Lake Huron, Ipperwash Family Campground offers a peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere with plenty of space to relax and unwind. 🌊🏖

Extra-Large Double Site (70x70 ft) – Plenty of space to stretch out!
Full Hookups – 50-amp electrical service, water, and sewer.
Private Deck – Perfect for relaxing in the fresh air.
$80 per night + HST & a 3.5% campground admin fee.
One-week stay (Saturday-Saturday).
