Our little sister is getting a name change! Very excited for the hotel. But also excited to be the only Stars Inn in the fort!

🛎️📣We are so excited to announce 📣🛎️ We will officially be the Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham on Monday November 25, 2024..........And of course the very first accumulative snowfall day seemed like the most perfect day to make such brightly colored changes!

📌EXCITING NEWS!!📌 The Motel Wi-Fi has been updated!

Now each of our guests can enjoy streaming, browsing, or playing games uninterrupted with room specific Wi-Fi routers! That's right!! Each room now has its own Wi-Fi access point so no more sharing!

Exciting updates continue at the Stars Inn Motel in Fort Saskatchewan!

We appreciate all our Evacuees and Displaced families who have chosen to stay with us and know the uncertainty of when you get to go home is stressful!

We also know there are so many days in a row you can watch movies and be cooped up before the kids start climbing the walls and you want to hide in the bathtub with a glass of wine.🤣

So, here is some great news! The city announced over the weekend that those fleeing fires will have free access to the following recreation and culture centers in the city:

Dow Centennial Centre
Harbour Pool
Fort Heritage Precinct

People looking to take advantage of this will need to present I.D. when entering the facility.

To all our evacuee friends inhouse or coming to stay....... We know that things are tough right now and there is alot looming as you await the clear to be able to return home.

We also know there are only so many days you can be cooped up before the kids start bouncing off the walls 😂 and the desire to hide in the bathroom with a glass of wine is all too real. 🥂

So we found you a better option 😉 take them to work off some steam at the pool, or take advantage of the other programs available to evacuees.
