“Slawomir Dobrzynski, who prefers to go by Slawek, is an accomplished Chef and Culinary Artist. Born and raised in Poland, he was taught the art of cooking from a young age by his grandfather, who owned a restaurant. Slawek went on to obtain his Culinary degree and gain over 20 years of professional experience as a chef in Europe. He had the honour of working along side world renowned chef’s and spent several years working at one of Warsaw's top rated restaurants, where he honed his skills under the tutelage of an award-winning owner.
In 2016, Slawek immigrated to Canada and continues his culinary journey, he brings creativity and expertise to restaurant operations, menu, and dinner creations, blending traditional world flavours with modern culinary techniques. His artful presentations and plating show his passion for turning meals into memorable dining experiences.” 👨‍🍳
