Talli had her intro to a live Quail today via a bird launcher, she pointed it, I shot the bird and she retrieved it back to hand. Job well done! Funny part.... I put the empty launcher in the closet.... she did not see me put the launcher in the closet. She later came by the closet door and pointed the launcher via the underside of the door. Way too funny!!!

That would be a nice quail buster!!!

The finest pheasant cover in Souhern Ontario here at Gold Creek bar none!!

At just over 4 month old this little girl has large prey drive, she won't be a boot licker.... and runs hard! She certainly loves Killdeers! I may start pigeon drills sooner then I had planned.

I can smell it in the air.... Getting Neka warmed up with a few pre-season long blind water retrieves in heavy cover..... lots of intensity in her!!
