Their farming knowledge, combined with our Island’s fertile, iron-rich soil and near-perfect growing conditions, resulted in the greatest potatoes in the world. 🥔

So naturally, today, we celebrate our roots, the Irish and all Irish descendants here on PEI and around the world. After all, our red soil has always looked better with a little green!😉
