Be part of the magic that earned us top honors in the camping industry! Our housekeeping team is the driving force that us gotten us the highest ratings from TripAdvisor, Google, Good Sam Club, and Camping Select. In this role, you'll assist in ensuring our cottages, cabins, restrooms and park buildings are kept clean and in tip-top shape.

Responsibilities ⬇
🔘 Cleaning cottages and cabins after guest departure
🔘 Washing floors, vacuuming, cleaning windows, changing linens, cleaning washrooms in rental units
🔘 Replenishing supplies as needed, including washroom supplies, linens, etc
🔘 Cleaning restroom facilities and replenishing supplies
🔘 Other duties as assigned

Qualifications ⬇
🔘 Efficient, thorough
🔘 Good time management skills
🔘 Extremely attentive to details
🔘 Ability to work with a team
🔘 Basic knowledge of cleaning and sterilization

❗NOW HIRING FOR Grounds Maintenance❗

The bar has been set high by our Grounds Maintenance team in maintaining our well-manicured grounds. This role includes lots of time spent outside doing various tasks that ensure the park looks beautiful and perfect for our guests. With over 200 acres, there is much to maintain and we are so lucky to have the best grounds maintenance team in the industry.

Responsibilities ⬇
🔘 Grass cutting and trimming
🔘 Emptying and tidying garbage cans
🔘 Checking on washrooms
🔘 Upkeep of campsites and surrounding areas (including moving picnic tables, cleaning fire pits, raking, weeding, shoveling)
🔘 Responding to maintenance calls and requests
🔘 Trimming and pruning shrubs
🔘 Spreading wood chips and maintaining flower beds
🔘 Other duties as assigned

Qualifications ⬇
🔘 Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of groundskeeping equipment
🔘 Effective communication skills
🔘 Ability to work collaboratively with a team
🔘 Strong adaptability & problem-solving skills
🔘 Ability to perform moderate and heavy physical activity

🔘 Compensation starts at $18.00/hour
🔘 Seasonal Full-Time

A great first impression makes a lasting one! As a Hospitality Host, you are the friendly face that welcomes guests at the main gate when they enter the park. You are often the go-to for guests’ questions and concerns. The Overnight Security Host is also responsible for maintaining quiet hours and is responsible for the non-medical emergency phone and can make decisions based on the needs of the guests.

Responsibilities ⬇️
🔘 Greeting guests in a friendly and efficient manner
🔘 Checking visitors into the park, taking payments for visitors fees & ensuring all guests and visitors are registered
🔘 Providing information about the park
🔘 Opening and closing gates
🔘 Forwarding messages of assistance to proper departments
🔘 Maintaining quiet hours
🔘 Responding to non-medical emergencies
🔘 Making decisions based on the needs of guests

Qualifications ⬇️
🔘 Basic knowledge of computers and operation of a cash register and point-of-sale system
🔘 Experience with security considered an asset
🔘 Bilingualism considered an asset
