Pleasure Park is located 5 minutes from the Brockville Ontario Speedway, 20 minutes from Charleston Lake and 20 - 30 minutes from the 1000 Islands tours and the OLG Casino. We have weekend activities & wagon rides for adults & children bringing fun to every weekend stay.

Good Morning Seasonal Campers:

We would like to provide you with a friendly reminder theres a little over 1 month to get your waivers, contracts and payment in by April 8th to receive the $50 credit on your account. There's a couple things to keep in mind:

Waivers: We need a waiver completed properly for each person who will be on thr contract. If you have sent in your waivers and not received your contract, there may be waivers we are waiting for. Please contact us if you have any questions to what we are waiting for.

When completing the waiver for children under 18, please be sure to put their information throughout the waiver, including dat of birth, click "I am younger then 18" and then a parent/legal guardian must sign on their behalf. Each adult must sign and complete their own waivers.

If you do not add the gate card numbers to the waivers, please send us an email. Otherwise your gate card will not be activated upon opening.

Contracts: Please be sure to put your vehicle license plate number, boat information (if applicable) and trailer insurance information. All of this information is very important in order to proceed.

Invoice: Once all waivers and contracts have been received properly, we will be sending you an invoice with payment due date as April 8th.

Payment: Our method of payments are Cash, Cheque, Money Order, Visa, Mastercard and E-Transfer. To receive the $50 credit, you must pay no later then April 8th and cannot pay by credit card. No payments will be accepted until Invoice has been issued.

Good evening seasonal campers,

A couple of clarifications regarding waivers and/or contracts.

Please be patient, we have a lot of you sending in your waivers and/or contracts.

If you have you're waivers in, we cannot send you a contract until ALL waivers have been received. We are going according to your 2024 spring season who was on your contract. Should there be any changes, we will not send you a contract until ALL waivers including grand children, extra adults, etc, from the 2024 season are received.

If there's any changes, please let us know asap as that may hold the contract being sent to you.

Thank you to those who are already acting fast to get your waivers in and update us with changes in your information!

In our previous post, it is mentioned that to make changes to email us; the changes we mean are who should or shouldn't be listed on your contract. If your contact information (address, phone number, etc.) has changed since 2024, please enter your new information on your waiver and contract. We will update your guest account based on the information provided. This information does not need to be sent separately by email.

Please keep in mind the following - this information has been included in the body of the email containing our 2025 Newsletter.

We must receive a completed waiver for everyone listed on your site prior to receiving your contract.

Anyone over the age of 18 (if your children are over the age of 18 and are listed this applies to them as well). Adults MUST complete and sign their OWN waiver. If your child is under the age of 18, the parent or guardian must complete a waiver on their behalf, when prompted please select " I am under 18 ", and the parent/gaudrian must sign on their behalf.

While completing the waiver, each person is responsible for providing us with their gate card number. If they are not provided their gate card will not be activated. If the waiver is for your child, and does not have a gate card, please mark N/A.

Once we have received a waiver for every person listed and they have been completed properly, we will be sending you your contract. At that time, you select all the services you want to have with your season. Please make sure we have all of your insurance, license plate(s) number, and boat/seadoo information ready to be able to successfully complete your contract. This is VERY important.

Once all waivers and contracts have been properly completed, you will receive your invoice for the 2025 camping season. Once you receive your invoice, you are able to start making payments. We will not accept any payments until the invoice has been created and sent.

The newsletter does state payments are open from now until April 7th to receive your $50 credit (if paid by etransfer, cheque, cash, money order - if paid by Credit Card, the credit is not applicable). If you would like to pay by cash, please call or email to book an appointment between Monday and Friday 8 am to 4 pm. We do not work weekends until opening day.

Should you require more information on something, or if you are running into problems, please let us know.

We will not be responding to Facebook messages or comments. Please contact the office.

Hello Campers!

We know the season is coming fast, and the first true sign of that is when you receive your waivers.

Waivers have now been sent; please check your email. If it's not in your inbox, double-check your junk or spam folders. You will receive one waiver for each person listed. We require a completed one for each person before we can send you the contract. Anyone over the age of 18 must complete and sign their own waiver.

When you open the email, you will notice there is a policy and procedures attachment; please review it prior to completing the waiver. When you go to complete your waiver, scroll to the bottom of the newsletter and you will find a link written in blue that says "Click here to electronically sign document".

Please have your gate card handy when you go to complete your waiver; it is a new required field. Any gate card numbers not provided with your waiver will not be activated upon opening day. When providing the number, please ensure you include all the numbers, spaces, and dashes displayed on your card. If the waiver is for someone who does not have a card, put NA.

Please contact us by email ([email protected]) especially if any of these apply.

* You did not receive any or some of your waivers.
* You need to add or remove someone from your contract.
* You run into issues while completing the waiver.
* You have decided not to renew for 2025.
* You have sold your trailer.

We will not be working weekends until opening; should you try to contact us during a weekend, please do not expect to hear back from us until Monday at the earliest.

Good Evening Campers,

We want to thank each and everyone one of you for another great summer. We hope everyone enjoyed their season.

For liability and safety reasons, we ask that anyone visiting the park this fall or winter please vacate the premises by 5 pm daily.

We want to thank each of our employees and social committee members for all their hard work, dedication and their time to make the summer memorable and amazing. They are key components to our park.

The office is now closed for the season. Should you need any information or have inquiries, please give us 24-48 hrs to respond. We do not verify our emails or work on weekends. Please send all questions and inquiries to [email protected].

We will inform those who paid for winterizing when completed.

2025 season will begin May 7th. Reservations are welcome as of April 1st for month stays by phone call, April 2nd for month and week stays by phone call, and April 3rd will be for all camping reservations by phone call.

Seasonal Newsletters and Waivers will be sent out end of February-begining of March. Once received and completed properly will continue onto the contract and then fees.

Once again, thank you for another great season and we look forward to welcoming you back in the spring.

Today, our team wished a farewell and good luck in her future endeavors to Bridgette Watson.

Bridgette has been with Pleasure Park for the last 3 years workinb in the office. She was a hard worker, dedicated and amazing member of our staff. She is moving on to her next journey with her husband to another city.

Help us wish her luck and a special thank you for all she has done for our wonderful park. She will be missed but, was told to make sure to come visit when she is in the area.

We will miss you very much and love you Bridgette.

Joel and I would like to thank each and everyone of our volunteers who helped making our corn roast a HUGE success with a little bit of rain in the process. We work very hard for just a few hours to prep and make this a huge success. This Corn Roast is and will always be all about our clients. To give back and say thank you for another great season.

Especially to our AMAZING social committee. This park is well known for the hard work, dedication, love and passion our committee has for this park and the families/clients. They do this on a volunteer basis and do an AWESOME job. We can't thank each and everyone one of them enough.

Thank you also to all our clients who make Pleasure Park what it is. A fun, family campground with many memories, laughs and good times. Without you, we wouldnt be who we are.
