Good Morning Seasonal Campers:
We would like to provide you with a friendly reminder theres a little over 1 month to get your waivers, contracts and payment in by April 8th to receive the $50 credit on your account. There's a couple things to keep in mind:
Waivers: We need a waiver completed properly for each person who will be on thr contract. If you have sent in your waivers and not received your contract, there may be waivers we are waiting for. Please contact us if you have any questions to what we are waiting for.
When completing the waiver for children under 18, please be sure to put their information throughout the waiver, including dat of birth, click "I am younger then 18" and then a parent/legal guardian must sign on their behalf. Each adult must sign and complete their own waivers.
If you do not add the gate card numbers to the waivers, please send us an email. Otherwise your gate card will not be activated upon opening.
Contracts: Please be sure to put your vehicle license plate number, boat information (if applicable) and trailer insurance information. All of this information is very important in order to proceed.
Invoice: Once all waivers and contracts have been received properly, we will be sending you an invoice with payment due date as April 8th.
Payment: Our method of payments are Cash, Cheque, Money Order, Visa, Mastercard and E-Transfer. To receive the $50 credit, you must pay no later then April 8th and cannot pay by credit card. No payments will be accepted until Invoice has been issued.
