At Timberland, you can escape the city to enjoy an impressive array of year-round recreational activities and yet you are a short drive from Saskatoon, Prince Albert, Melfort, Tisdale, Sylvania and Bjorkdale. Perfect for family getaways - Christmas, Easter, a family reunion, or an intimate country wedding. The space is also excellent for outdoor bachelor or bridal parties.
Whether you want your holiday to be action-packed or quiet relaxation, our location offers temptations for any interest, any season. Timberland is located within 30-40 minutes of Kipabiskau Lake, Barrier Lake, Marean Lake and Greenwater Lake Provincial Park, all excellent lakes for fishing, swimming and family fun. We are in a prime location for off-trail excitement whether it be dirt biking and ATVing, or getting back to nature on horseback. There are many horse trails around, and additionally we have a small fenced off pasture on site, so this is a perfect location for horse-lovers and trail riders alike. Just a half hours drive north or south are Tisdale Riverside Golf Course and Valley Fairways Golf Course.
Winter can be just as exciting at Timberland. Bring your cross-country skis, snowmobiles, and snowshoes. The adventure awaits on the groomed trails and wide-open spaces. Head to one of the nearby lakes for incredible ice fishing and family skating fun. Spend a frosty evening with loved ones watching the incredible Aurora Borealis. Finish your fun-filled days cozied up in these beautiful log homes warmed by comforting wood heat.
