Status Card Clinic

Join Southeast Child & Family Services for our upcoming Status Card Clinic! Whether you need treaty registration for children or laminate government-issued treaty cards.

📍 Location: 470 Notre Dame Ave - 2nd Floor
📅 Date: November 22, 2024
🕙 Time: 10 AM - 3 PM

🌟 Documents Needed:

White Treaty Cards: Court order, agency and personal IDs (required for social workers). Cards will be mailed to the agency.

Treaty Registration: Long form birth certificate (with parents' names), legal guardian and agency ID, court order.

Red Treaty Cards: No documents required!

Connie Fontaine will be on site to assist with registrations. See you there! 👋

Hello dear clients,

We want to show our appreciation to our clients for their support through the past pest issues, which we have now fully resolved. Also, we are now nearing completion of our lobby which will reduce crowding.
We are now announcing that all medical clients and es**rts are eligible to participate in our draw on Feb 15th, 2024, for $500.00 cash. Also, there is a separate draw and children’s basket on the same date. Each current client and es**rt and all new clients and es**rts registered to up to draw time are entitled to one entry each in the draws. Draws will be on Feb 15th, 2024, at 2pm, live stream on Facebook. Eligible clients and es**rts are to ask our front desk staff for a ticket.
