It’s been a minute! After a much needed break, the Oak & Lion gnome factory is gearing up for 2025. We have some new designs, and some old favourites in the production plan.

Today I am thankful for being able to create things that bring joy and whimsy to the spaces they live in. I am thankful that I have people and creatures in my life that foster this creative, and often stress filled, endeavour.

It was an honour and a privilege to make these two custom brides, especially because of this amazing little story.
“One day, I asked Tianna if she would love me if I was a worm. She said yes that she would carry me around in her hand and feed me compost. And then I think we just decided she would be a snail after she read a passage in a book that described a snail, and I felt like it was her.” ~Marissa
The bouquets that each of the brides is holding has the other one’s creature so they will have each other with them always.
