Seeking a Full Time Guest Service Agent on a permanent basis. Candidate must be available days, evenings, overnights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
As a Guest Services Agent, your key responsibilities will be:
• Preparing daily audit reports
• Ensuring total satisfaction of hotel guests and that each guest is handled with a professional, efficient and welcoming attitude.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel as well as the local surrounding area, attractions and special events.
• Be well versed in payment procedures including, how compute bills, collect payments, and manage a cash float.
• Perform simple bookkeeping activities, issue room keys and es**rt instructions to Bellman.
• Posting charges, such as those for rooms, food, liquor, or telephone calls.
• Complete and confirm reservations.
• Provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person, handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts. Perform other duties as required and/or requested by direct Supervisor or upper Management.
Requirements for this position include;
• A high school diploma
• Good verbal and written skills
• Basic computer skills
• The ability to work well on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work in an organized manner with a strong emphasis to detail with minimal to no supervision.
• Experience as a Guest Services Agent is an asset.

Starting wage $13.00
$13.50 after 3 month probation.
$14 @ 1 year mark AND $14.50 @ 2nd anniversary of employment.
