Made with 1800 Cristalino Anejo Tequila and Cynar, fresh-squeezed lime juice, house-made ube syrup, and rhubarb bitters, garnished with fresh cherry tomato and stuffed queen olive.

This concoction boasts a great blend of sweet and tart flavours with a subtle earthiness. Eating the cherry tomato after it's marinated in the glass feels like getting a reward for finishing!
